EvenflO was inspired by the shamanistic capability of the DJ to drop the perfect tune at the perfect moment. In October of 1999, she traded her car for turntables. Just 6 months after the trade, her professional DJ career began with a weekly residency. She built a name for herself playing UK style Hard House and landed a residency at the legendary Tracks 2000 in Denver. EvenflO then became a resident DJ for some of the biggest party promoters in Denver at the time, and hasn’t loked back. She focused on tuning into what the dancefloor wanted to hear. 

She has aquired years of experience rocking the decks at different events, on different sound systems, and in front of different crowds and learned how to drop that perfect track at the perfect moment.  It’s not about genres or trends. It’s about the experience. 

Currently her sound is centered on funky, fidget, electro and nu disco house, drum & bass and techno. Her live performances include original track edits & mash ups, self designed and event themed costuming, live vocals and, most recently, Mr McGRNWohnkey, a sampler, keyboard, effects, hype, and popping/locking master. What you hear and see during an EvenflO set you will not experience anywhere else.

Even as a producer, she is still focused on the dancefloor. She first gained acclaim on the blog space with a mash-up of Wolfgang Gartner's “Fire Power” and “Gay Fish” from South Park. Followed by some serious blog love for a remix of Imogen Heap's cover of Thriller. She has taken her 10+ years behind the decks into the studio and she’s laying down track after track of original material. She’s also teamed up with Shatter, and together in the studio these two each bring a very different set of skills and backgrounds to the table. EvenflO & Shatter had their first release in November of 2009 on Filth Factory recordings. Look out for future releases from this duo on Beyond Zilla, Tape Music and Dirty n Dusty.
